$1000 FOG Scholarship

Geography Scholarship from UCLA Friends of Geography

This award is open to all undergraduate students in Geography or Geography/Environmental Studies. Winner will be announced annual luncheon in November and the award will be disbursed over 3 quarters. The award recipient will be expected to continue in the major for 2009-2010 year and will be invited to attend the Friends of Geography annual luncheon in November.

Application Procedure:

• one copy your transcript or DPR
• two letters of recommendation (at least one from a faculty member)
• statement of college and career goals (no more than 2 pages double spaced)
